reiki is an ancestral japanese healing modality, that engages intentionally with energy held within the cosmos-water-mountain-human continuum.

it was through relationship with our sacred mountains that our ancestors understood that our bodies are conduits for celestial energy, and that our hands are potent tools of energetic application. in fetal development, the hands literally emerge out of the heart. inherently connected to the rhythm of life-sustaining pulse, the hands have the capacity to be finely tuned instruments and highly sensitive conductors of energy.

reiki is a resource we each have the right and capability to draw from. like being skin to skin with the cosmos, reiki aids us in co-regulating with the overflowing love, care, and compassion of the stars, the spirits of the earth, and our wise and well ancestors. held in this way, we find ourselves resourced enough to open courageously into the heart of the anxiety, pain, fear, and wounding that we have inherited or accumulated along our life journey. from this space of resourcing and nourishment, we can begin to bring repair and harmony to our internal and external ecosystems.

i integrate hands-on touch, and as needed or requested: drum and vocal medicine, animal and ancestral guidance, and herbalism in the form of smokes, sprays, and teas. you are both an active and receptive participant in our work together, guiding the current of healing with your prayerful intention, while also surrendering to the benevolent guidance of reiki, your ancestors and the spiritual beings holding the container. after our session, we integrate together, sharing what has arisen during our work together. i will recommend ways to continue tending to your process after our session.

i accept exchanges of $125 - $152 for this two hour session, and i am also open to non-monetary exchanges. suggestions for exchanges include plant medicines, body work, meals, business consultation, land rematriation consultation, tax support, opportunities to connect with horses and owls, or anything else that flows genuinely from your heart. i am excited to exchange with you.
